Winch internal structure and working principle: Variable speed drive bearing is a new type of special bearing with both support function and variable speed function.
Dispatching the winch We apply the knowledge of the movable tooth transmission principle to the design. We use a variable speed transmission bearing to completely replace the 8 gears in the original JD-1 dispatching winch to realize the variable speed transmission of the system. By studying the internal mechanism and transmission principle of the variable speed drive bearing, the transmission ratio is analyzed, and the relationship between the number of teeth of the inner ring gear, the number of live teeth and the transmission ratio is obtained. The structure design is novel and compact, high in efficiency, and strong in carrying capacity. Theoretically, high efficiency and low wear ratio are preferred. In the design of the push rod movable tooth transmission mechanism, the number of movable teeth should be larger than the number of internal ring gears. The important significance is that compared with the traditional transmission bearing, it has the advantages of shortening the transmission chain, simplifying the overall structure to reduce costs, saving energy, improving transmission performance and convenient maintenance. The position of the anchor and the distance between them cannot be changed. After the cement is solidified, the winch can be installed and screwed on the anchor rod, so that the installed winch is more firm and can effectively improve the safety factor of the winch during operation.
