The power supply is ac380v, 50hz, three-phase four-wire system, which is led by the external user switch to the inverter control cabinet. The main switch is built in. The rated capacity is matched according to the total installed capacity. It has various protection functions such as short circuit, overload and voltage loss. .
The control and signal power supply is ac220v, which is powered by a single-phase isolation transformer. The frequency conversion control cabinet is equipped with a fan for ventilation and heat dissipation.
The main circuit mainly has the inverter motor circuit. The control circuit mainly consists of Siemens plc, detection components, solenoid valves, intermediate relays and indicator lights.

There are built-in circuit breakers for protecting the inverter, wind-driven inverters, and three-phase double-throw switches.

The digital input and digital output interface on the inverter are connected to the plc, and the information is exchanged to control the running speed of the dispatching winch at any time. Acceleration and deceleration time can be set in the inverter, and the s-shaped speed curve is accelerated, which can minimize the mechanical impact during the starting process and has high safety for the dispatch winch.

The plc control system adopts German Siemens plc, modular structure, and the configuration includes digital input and output modules, analog input and output modules, power modules, cpu modules and so on.
The system uses Siemens cpu224 and analog module em232.
The cpu224 has 14 (i/o) input interfaces and 10 output interfaces.
The module em232 controls the operating frequency of the frequency converter, which in turn controls the speed of the motor.
The input digital signal of plc is: control the forward rotation command signal of the dispatching winch operation, reverse the command signal, stop command signal, low speed command, medium speed command, emergency stop command, inverter fault reset, control the east limit switch signal of the dispatch winch , West limit switch signal, broken rope protection signal, inverter fault signal.
The plc output signal has an open stop signal, a forward and reverse signal, a reset, an emergency stop, and various status indication signals.
The analog output signal of plc is used to control the operating frequency of the frequency converter.
Plc performs various logic processing on the input command signal through the program, converts it into a set of highly efficient execution control commands, controls the execution components, and completes the automatic control function.
Three main consoles
The main operation console is equipped with a monitoring display for dispatching the running distance of the winch to facilitate the driver's operation control. Its operation is controlled by the handle.
In order not to change the driver's operating habits, the original console control is still used.
