2. The winch driver of Yanshi Mountain must be trained to be familiar with the structure, performance, technical characteristics and operating principle of the equipment, master the relevant regulations in the “Safety Regulations for Coal Mines” and the rules and regulations of the garage, and obtain the certificate after passing the examination. The certificate is on the job.
3. Strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines".
4. Do not drink alcohol before going to work, concentrate on work, and do not work that is not related to this position. Dressing meets the requirements of the work, and it is not allowed to work in a row.
5. Preparation before driving:
(1) Check the oil level of the bearing reducer, whether the oil quality meets the requirements, and whether there is oil leakage.
(2) Check the flat wheel for any abnormalities and add an appropriate amount of oil.
(3) Check whether the electrical insulation is reliable, whether the control contact is good, and whether the ammeter and voltmeter indicate normal.
(4) If problems are found during inspection, they must be disposed of in time, and the vehicles can be driven normally after meeting the requirements.
(5) Check whether the screws, pins and keys of each joint are firm and the shield should be reliable.
(6) Check if each operating handle is in the starting position.
(7) Check and test whether the brake system is sensitive and reliable. Check the use and arrangement of the wire rope, the wear of the liner and the rope groove.
6. Operation:
(1) The speed must be slow when starting (or lowering), and the maximum speed is allowed to accelerate to three stages. The bucket (regardless of the main and the secondary) began to decelerate 25 meters from the unloading position. The bucket must be slowly unloaded, and the brakes are stopped when unloading (the lower bucket is in the loading position).
(2) The driver must not drive without permission, and he must listen to the signal to drive.
(3) Observe the changes of each instrument and the position of the depth indicator at any time.
1 Close the main gate and operate the control handle according to the signal requirements.
2 When starting up, it is only allowed to gradually accelerate, and it is not allowed to start too hard.
3 The left operating handle is the brake handle, and the right operating handle is the main controller handle. The brake handle is pushed forward to open the brake and pull back to brake. The main control handles the handle to the middle position and pulls back to the main bucket to lift, and the auxiliary bucket to lower; push forward to the secondary bucket to lift the main bucket.
(4) Do not open eight:
1 insufficient oil and oil can not be turned;
2 check that the machine does not turn on;
3 The voltage exceeds the rated value by ± 5%;
4 wire ropes are not violently beaten;
5 signal is not clear;
6 brakes are not working;
7 overload does not open;
8 motor bearing temperature does not open above 60 °C.
(5) “Five inaccurate” and “one must” when driving.
1 The student is not allowed to operate alone;
2 is not allowed to read books;
3 Do not leave the operation handle;
4 is not allowed to talk to others;
5 Do not drink alcohol.
Seven. Parking precautions
(1) Common brakes and emergency brakes must be secured.
(2) Cut off the main power supply.
(3) Detailed inspection of mechanical and electrical equipment, and timely reporting and handling of problems.
8. Fill in the various records carefully according to the regulations.
9. Tool spares, etc. are placed neatly, and the equipment and the environmental sanitation inside and outside the machine room are well done.
